And so the weight loss jouney begins.

Well, I am down 6.6 lbs in my first week with Jenny Craig and went down to a 14/16 pair of pants that I bought. I am nervous that this first week loss was possibly a fluke. I had a little set back on friday night. I did eat my jenny dinner at around 5pm and then went to a birthday party from 8pm to 12am. They had a buffet, I ate a little (not much) I stuck with the veggies and a small piece of chicken. I also had a smallish piece of cake. What was bad and my self control blew up was that I had a glass of wine and an appletini. I could not help myself and I know they were just empty calories. I did try to work all of it on the dance floor. I hope it worked.

Baby Gracie

16 Days and Counting

WOW. I cannot believe that I have made it this far. Baby Grace just doesn't want to come out. I guess she thinks it's warmer inside :) I've been having some wierd episodes and nothing consistant. I'm 1cm, which I know can last forever :) The getting up every 30 mins to go to the bathroom has started again. The pain in my back and hips have intesified and I can take diddly squat for it. My stomach is hard as a rock and I can't get up off the couch without a considerable effort. I guess my first pregnancy was blessed since I did not make it this far to feel the true crappiness of pregnancy.

I will end my rant like this, whoever tagged the phrase that pregnancy is beautiful and wonderful should be shot multiple times :)

I was once famous.

Back in 1992 ... ( I can't believe I'm dating myself that old ) My best friend's family member was an executive with Sony Music. They needed a bunch of teenagers for a Harry Connick Jr. Video. So, we gathered up and shleped to NYC. We had pro hair and make up done, wardrobe, all of it. We even got seranaded by Harry Connick Jr. himself (he was awesome.) and we got to meet his Victoria Secret Model Wife Jill Goodacre.

Okay. Who would have thought that I would give birth to a large baby. :) Baby Grace is weighing over 6 pounds at 33weeks in utero. WOW.
